To receive orders before the holidays, please reference the below order date deadlines by region. Orders are shipped via USPS. Accurate delivery dates are dependent on volume of holiday shipments carried with USPS.

Shipping within Colorado – Order by December 22, 12pm MST

Shipping to East or West Coast – Order by December 18, 2pm EST/11am PST

Shipping to Central States – Order by December 21, 1pm CST

Orders, placed before 12 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time), will be shipped within 2 business days. Customers have the option to select USPS PRIORITY MAIL (United States Postal Service) for shipping delivery. A shipment tracking number will be provided via email so that the status of shipping, transit, and delivery can be monitored by the customer.  To see how long it will take to get your order via USPS, click here.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING – Sometimes I Need Those Products FAST!
For customers who want an order shipped and delivered faster than our standard shipping timelines, please request expedited shipping when available. The costs associated with expedited shipping are significantly higher than standard shipping rates.

All ship time begins the day AFTER the package is shipped. If you need to get something fast, call us 719 339-9462 to insure your order is appropriately processed to meet your delivery timeline.

Alise Body Care (premier brand of Not The Same, LLC) provides shipping as a service. Shipping charges are calculated automatically through direct links to USPS and UPS and are based on the standard rates from these companies. Only the shipping fees assessed by these carriers are charged to customer orders.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping. During free shipping offers, Alise Body Care (premier brand of Not the Same, LLC) determines which shipping service will be utilized for orders that qualify for free shipping. When a customer wants their order to be delivered on a timeline faster than those associated with standard rates, the customer may elect expedited shipping and will be charged for expedited service.

Return Conditions

  • In order to return any Alise Body Care product, the original seal must be intact and the product must not have been opened. When this condition has been meet, then merchandise can be returned for any reason.
  • Returns must occur within 7 days of receipt.
  • Customer must contact Alise Body Care to obtain a return authorization code (RMA code)

Return Instructions

  1. Customer must contact Alise Body Care to obtain a return authorization code (RMA code)
  2. Remove all previous labels from the original shipping package.
  3. Re-pack the item(s) in the original shipping package with the shipping peanuts/bubble wrap/paper.
  4. Seal the package with packing tape
  5. Ship package to Alise Body Care

Return Credits

  • A refund will be issued for the amount of the returned item(s) minus any shipping and handling fees and a $10.00 return processing fee.
  • Refunds will be issued in a manner consistent with the original payment.
  • For orders paid with credit card, a credit will be issued to the credit card and will appear on the statement within the next two billing cycles.
  • For orders paid with check, money order, or cash, a refund check will be mailed within 15 days of receipt of the returned item(s).


In-Store Pick Up
For those who are in the Canon City area, orders may be picked up at our “store”, which is actually our manufacturing and shipping location. It is IMPORTANT that you call us to schedule a specific date and time for pick-up. We want to be sure we are on the premises and available to serve you. In Colorado, over 30 King Soopers with Optimum Wellness Centers and in California, near our company roots in the Napa Valley, local businesses carry our products. Save shipping costs by picking up your products at one of our partner outlets.
