Refund policy
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
All Return requests should be reported to our customer service department immediately, within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at 719.285.8795 or via email: info@alisebodycare.com. Or visit our Contact Us page.

Return Conditions
- In order to return any Alise Body Care product, the original seal must be intact, and the product must not have been opened. When this condition has been met, then merchandise can be returned for any reason.
- Return requests must occur within 30 days of receipt.
- Customer must contact Alise Body Care to obtain a return authorization code (RMA code)
Return Instructions
- Once Customer has obtained a return authorization code (RMA code)
- Pack the item(s) in a secure shipping package with shipping peanuts/bubble wrap/paper. If we receive damaged products, we cannot issue a refund.
- Seal the package with packing tape.
- Ship the return package addressed as follows:

5, Ship package via your chosen carrier. We recommend you get a tracking id, although it’s not required.
Return Crediting
- Once we receive the shipment, products will be inspected to ensure they meet the Return Conditions.
- A refund will be issued for products received in new, sellable condition. The amount of the refund will be what you originally paid for the item(s), minus a 10% restocking fee. Original order shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Refunds will be issued in a manner consistent with the original payment.
- For orders paid with credit card, a credit will be issued to the credit card and will appear on the statement within the next billing cycle.
- For orders paid with check, money order, or cash, a refund check will be mailed within 15 days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Exchanges
